Apple licensing is rather strict and you are not allowed to run emulator (or simulator) in non Apple hardware. The one who develop a emulator of iOS for Windows 10 will be sued by Apple.<br />

Besides, iOS is updated from time to time and the change in codes inside iOS are proprietary and developers of emulator (unless they were from Apple) are technically impossible to keep up with the changes. Of course, Apple will not allow their employees to do what you want.<br />

To conclude, it is unlikely you can find a working emulator and you need to buy a Mac if you want to test and showcase your iOS apps.<br />

iOS is a mobile operating system developed by Apple; it is a derivative of the Mac OS X desktop operating system, with which it shares many (but not all) common frameworks and other components. These include Cocoa Touch, the Mach/Darwin/XNU kernel and code from the Berkeley Software Distribution (BSD). Each iOS application runs in its own secure sandbox to prevent altering other applications, the operating system, or any other data.
