asked on ORACLE SQL Loader issue with dates
I'm getting an error loading an ORACLE table from a CSV file with SQL Loader. This is the file being imported (generated from SQL Server with PowerShell with export-csv).
and this is the error. I've checked the "date culture" in Oracle and it's English. I've also tried various date formats but none seem to work.
Record 1: Rejected - Error on table TEST, column ADATE.
ORA-01843: not a valid month
Very much appreciate any assistance.

@David: I really don't want to bother you in any way and I really appriciate you here as one of the top experts, but the answer you've given here is way too general and was "just" some kind of link to Wiki and did lack of further information on the subject/problem itself.
