Uploads on wordpress website are not working properly as sometimes website visitors are able to download and it appears as from fake path while other time website vistors are unable to download
Hi experts,
we have hosted WordPress website where we are usually uploads documents from cPanel or FTP to specific folder called documents as usually those are in format of pdf so user when visit specific section user can select which files he needs and then click download or another option with button called download as zip file .The issue that when user click on pdfs it is downloading normally but when user click on downlaod as Zip it is not downloading at all or rarely download and shows as fake path so this problem appeared recently only with download as zip option

how can exactly I verify if it is coding issue or java script issue or browser issue or bug or word press issue ??
what can be exactly searched in WordPress _debug to stimulate the same time for upload happens if it didnot return error in browser or fake path after download ??
