does Win10 comes with Bare Metal backup/restore? (like Win7 & Win2019)

https://superuser.com/questions/50275/windows7-full-system-backup-bare-metal-restore-maybe-diff-specs
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/system-center/dpm/back-up-system-state-and-bare-metal?view=sc-dpm-2019

Q1:
Does Win10 come with BM Backup?  I can't seem to locate it in my
    Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
   10.0.19042 N/A Build 19042

Or it has to be Win 10 Enterprise or we have to 'install/enable' it just
like 'telnet client' has to be installed?

Q2:
What if I need to restore it to a different hardware (maybe backup
from an i5 to an i7 with a bigger HD), would I need to do sysprep
like what the 1st URL above said?

Q3:
Where can I get a Win7, Win10 & Win2019 bootable iso/CD so that
I can boot up on a 'bare' PC to do the restore?

I know Acronis could do the drivers issue but I would like to use
Windows native BM backup/restore
Windows 10Storage SoftwareWindows OS

ASKER
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 .
Link above provides only Win10 iso (Win2019/7 not there).
Can a Win10 bootable CD be used to do Win7 restore?
Think the option to do restoration may not be there.
