Thx

Fast Charging (or better Quick Charging) is first deteminded by the device as well as by the loader.
The power supply has to deliver the power up to voltage of 22V, then device has to control the load as well as the currency of the fast loader.

Due due the higher voltage, i can not exclude that such kind of charger may damage older devices.

If the power supply doesn't have a dedicated fast charging plug, the device handles it as a regular charger with 5V
The special plug delivers a higher voltage as well as a defined currency.
If the device doesn't have fast charge capabilities, it should usually load as normal, but the device producer usually recommend to use the original charger. You shoul dnot load such a device on a quick charge plug / device.
Newer devices have a good control of the loading meachnism, older devices I would be carefully.

The cable should meet the currency. Dependend from the Version, it can be up to 5 A, so the cable should be capable to handle the load. Usually such cabler are a bit thicker. But at the end, normal USB cables.

Be aware, that there are special Quick Charging / Fast Charging cables on the market, which shortcuts the data lines of the USB port to signalize, that the currency is unlimited. These cable doesn't work with the Quick Charge standard, as the device doesn't have a control over the power supply anymore.

The best option is, check your device which Quick Charge Standard it has and by a power supply, which delivers this Standard. If ther is no quick Standard defined, use a regular powe supply with 5 V and possibly enough power.
The device takes, what it can take.

Be aware, that fast charging is not always a good idea for the battery.
Just post back the brand and model of your Android phone or tablet and we can look up the information you want.

It is rather simple and straightforward.

I'm looking at this tablet, and I will also need to use this as second monitor connecting to my Window 10 using the USB-C cable.

It would be great if the tablet can keep charging while I use it as second monitor. My old Acer Inconia 10 last only 30min when connecting to my Window 10.

Thx
It is only an Android tablet and there is no usb type c video input.

Therefore, you cannot use it as a secondary monitor of your computer.

I use a Android apps to achieve this purpose.

You need the above app instead as twomonusb is outdated.

Besides, you need to USB type A to USB type C cable to connect your computer and the tablet.
