Hi,
I am still confused with AV (Audio & Video) things.

I have a Lenovo T580 laptop. It is in Windows 10 and Office 365 environment.

When I open the “Sound” windows > Playback tab > I saw “Speaker/HP”  Realtek high definition audio (Please see Picture#1)

When I open the “Sound” windows > Recording tab> I saw  “Microphone Array” Realtek high definition audio (it is disable) (Please see picture#2)

Goal: I want to use this laptop for Zoom Meeting where I can talk and also can hear other people.

Question:
  1. Am I able to do or achieve the goal with this laptop? (Explain a little bit please)
  2. What setting do I have to do? (Explain a little bit please)
  3. Do I need a headset or not necessary? (Explain a little bit please)

Thanks,
