Need Help setting up a script

Greeting Experts,

I need help creating a PowerShell script to read a list of Headers from an excel file and create an email for each one of those rows in an excel file and add it to a "canned" message in the email... example of the message:

Please open a ticket for the following location “<Frist Parameter>  “ During the process of a security assessment, a device was found with one or more vulnerabilities. Please open a ticket and assign it to “<Secound Parameter> ”

Can Somebody help me with this... thank

Do you have a sample of the Excel sheet?  Makes it much easier to help.

Looks like PSExcel got the job done for you, but just wanted to mention there is also another PS module called ImportExcel that also allows good read and write capability of Excel files.  In case you are interested in taking a look, or it might be useful on future tasks you work on, here are a few links to get you started.
