How To Create a Custom Event Viewer Where I can Suppress Based on Name

I am creating a Custom Event Viewer View because I cannot suppress certain events (this is by design from Microsoft). One of the events that seems to come in quite a bit is MSOIDSVC.EXE that has the Event ID of "0".

When I search by Event ID in the Administrative Events view I see other Events that have the Event ID "0" that I want to show up in this new view.

How can I create a Custom Event Viewer view that doesn't show MSOIDSVC.EXE but does show other Events that have the ID "0"?
