Hi Melanie, 
 
I'd recommend trying an online repair of Office 365 - no information / settings will be lost. 
 
1. First close all Microsoft Office applications. Then press Windows Key, type Control Panel and hit your Enter key 
 
2. With control panel's view set to Small or Large icons, click Programs and Features

3. Scroll down to Microsoft 365 - en-us, click once and then click Change

4. Click Yes on the User Account Control (UAC) prompt to allow changes 
 
5. Select the Online Repair radio button and then click the Repair button. (Don't bother with a Quick Repair - I've found it rarely helps to fix anything) Expect the repair to take between 5-10 minutes. Reboot is normally not required once complete.

6. Open Outlook and check to see if the problem is persisting now.

I have a user that when she marks something complete, the flag shows up when she has that email selected, but once she leaves that email, it disappears. &nbsp;I have turned on the Columns for Flag Status and Flag Completed Date.&nbsp; When I do the same thing on my computer, it shows up and sticks.&nbsp;&nbsp;
