Connecting Magento Magepam to Office 365
HI,
I have a client who is trying to email from their website through Office / MS365 using Magento Magepam.
Wherever I look on the internet the options are different from what the developer show me on his options in Magento v2 - Magepam.
The developer has tested the login/password through a different app and they are correct, but when trying through Magento he gets an authentication error.
what are we doing wrong? are the settings below correct?
Screenshot attached
TIA
Gareth

first you make sure Legacy auth is not disabled.
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/conditional-access/block-legacy-authentication
I am not sure TLS is the the same start STARTTLS, just to see whether that is an option.
Further, is to check Azure AD log, and see what reason why it rejected.
I will use thunderbird to configure the same and see whether it can send email.
If it cannot, then it must be something else (authentication issue)
