So, are we talking about creating the users on Exchange on-prem rather than AD? Something that we don't like when we find the users have been created in AD is that we have to edit basic information in the Attribute Tab. We've got ourselves into a situation where some things won't let you edit them on certain platforms because people have done things differently.&nbsp;

Exactly the point I was making.<br><br>Whether it's Exchange, ADUC/ADAC, or a provisioning/maintenance system - you should endeavor to do everything from a single interface.
