how to select a background for the report body of RDLC report in asp.net

Hi Experts,
I added a background to the Body of a blank report and was expecting it to be displayed in design view, however, it does not show... I wonder, what I am doing wrong..

Actually, I could display the image, however, It does not scale to fill the whole area whatever I define in the repeat property (Default, repeat, RepeatX, RepeatY, Clip... Is there an option to scale the image to fill the full background?
Alternatively, How can I change the picture size so that it just fits in the whole area?

Finally, I could use MS paint to resize the background to the page size using (Ctrl-E), and used the correct sized picture as the background in the RDLC report. Thanks, I will close the question (OR delete it).
