At least you get the error, which point to the network policy.<br>So you may inspect your NAP network policy. <br>I'm just not quite clear, how they are connected, as your Firewall uses the local NAP, but Azure is not connected to your firewall... ?!?

I see PAP as authentication in the error message. <br>Radius has always to points, the radius server which conferns the logon as well a a policy, how the authenciation can work / is allowed... And a radius client, which used the radius server to validate a logon.&nbsp;

What do you see on the Azure NPS side? do you see an error reflecting a request from an unknown client?<br />

Debugging the request what is being sent, where it is being sent, and what response it is getting if at all.<br />
if you have wireshark, or Network Monitroing tool to capture data on the azure system from the IP you expect the request to come in to see what it shows.<br />

The NPS will confirm whether the issue is with validating the user, or validating the firewall.<br />
<br />
Did you test the NPS locally by generating a request matching the check items and parameters?<br />
This is to confirm if it gets a request it will respond as expected.

The connection request did not match any configured network policy.
The configuration is identical.
