When logged into OWA with a non-admin user and navigating to "manage apps", I get this error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070422)
However, when logged in as an admin, I do not. All users have permissions to install office apps. This error was noticed after doing the updates from 05/11/2021. I have tried to research this, but the error is so generic I cannot find anything related to my issue. Any help is much appreciated.
