Excel - Basic project planner (differentiated per Project size)

Dear Experts,

Thanks for EE having a simple project planner in the attached file could you please have a look at it:

BasicProjectPlanner_v3.xlsx

briefly depending on which week number wrote to column J, then for different projects (Project 1, 2 and 3) coloring the length of the project phases with conditional formatting (based on number in column B):


Actually but in this version the different Project sizes got different length in phases (in column A the mapping is for Small, Medium and Big, while column C shows the length in Weeks).

Could you please advise how to modify the conditional formatting to work based on the entered project size in column H?
