I can change it in the developer view and it works...
If you use your browser, delete cache / reload...
For me, in firefox I can the the 25px, in Edge I see 75 px
So definitly a caching issue.

Woops. I edited that post. For some reason the cache didn't clear! It works most perfectly. Thank you Ryan and Bembi!
what Bembi provided should work well.
make sure you applied the changes into the correct file and uploaded to your web server.
do clear the cache when it's necessary.
