Cant Find The CSS

I can't find the CSS to change the color (Blue) of the icons and the type on this page.

Those icons are almost certainly created that color, and are not subject to CSS.

Most modern web browsers let you right-click on a page or element and select "Inspect" which will bring up a set of controls that let you see detailed information about the page or element. This should help you identify where those icons are, and if they can be modified by CSS.
