How do I create a Windows ReFS drive for a specific capacity?

I have volumes that show a capacity of 2458. How do I create a new one the same size?
I've tried calculating by multiplying by 1024 but cannot get the exact size.

You can try this. If it doesn't work you can work backwards or format again:
Decimal capacity / 1,048,576 = Binary MB capacity
Decimal capacity / 1,073,741,824 = Binary GB capacity
Decimal capacity / 1,099,511,627,776 = Binary TB capacity

Curious, though, what is the point of getting the exact size? Is it a big deal if you're off by a few MB or are you just curious how to calculate it?

well the answer was to do 1024x2.458

Not sure why these were configured that way, but it is what it is.

To answer your question, I strive for consistency.
