Outlook 2019 - I would like to control exactly where deleted emails go - and deletion after that, etc
Outlook 2019
How can I control which folder emails go to?
Where they go after they are read?
Auto deletion of total junk spam e-mails?
HOW DO I CONTROL ALL OF THIS?

Let me add one option, as far as you use Exchange server, that you can use retention polices, which controls what happens with mails after a while. So you can define delete after 3 month, move to archive and much more.
Retention policies are setup on Exchange and can then used in Outlook folders. As retention policies are running on the exchange server, you can use them only with an Exchnage server mailbox.
