Windows 10 PC screen locks automatically after a certain time

I am running a Dell PC, with windows 10.  I have turned off the screensaver, disabled all power settings, but after 30 min to 1 hr, the screen just locks up.
Not sure what else to check to see what is causing the computer to lock up the comptuer.

Is this a standalone pc or a pc on a corporate network? If it is the latter it can be a group policy that is set that is causing that behavior.

Its on a corporate network, but I moved the PC to a OU where there are NO polices on that OU, so I have ruled that out.

Looks like nothing configured, as when looking at all settings, under the state, everything is set to "not configured"

Well, it used to work fine for months.  About a month ago, my manager was looking at the TV apps, and I don't know if he did something to it, but I looked at the TV settings and everything I looked at looks to be fine, all sleep settings and eco, etc... are off, so I don't think it's a TV problem, because when it happens, it still displays the computer, it just shows it lock and then shows the locked screen, so it's not the TV.
I guess I can look to see if there are any restore points to try to restore it, but it's like a month ago or so, not even sure of the exact date.  Besides all the settings in the control panel, is there something in the registry or in gpedit that can be causing this?  I did check the article that FOX mentioned, but under all settings, everything is "not configured".

I'm going to remove the PC from the domain and see if it still does the same thing, this way I can isolate the issue whether a domain policy or something locally with the computer.

Any other ideas?

I just tried this, in the registry and gpedit:

So I'll give it an hour or so and see if it still locks.

So after I removed it from the domain, after 3 hours, it didn't lock up.  After adding it back to the domain, it locked up, so it's something with a policy on the domain, but what's strange is, I can't find it.  Any specific area's I can look at that might be affecting this?
