extract date and time from string

Hi Experts

How would you extract the date and time into a new cell from the following
'\\global.lloydstsb.com\file\d_pc_ds0002$\@GMT-2001.05.16-23.01.00\Shared\DevelopmentTeam

So show2001.05.16-23.01.00 as 16/05/2021  (two Spaces) 23.01.00 (time part)
