Website Redirect

Hi Experts,

We have two domains that point to thier own seperate websites. The main site is being  redevloped and will go live shortly. They have asked for a redirect from the second domain to a specific part of the new site, so www.site2.co.uk will send the user to www.site1.co.uk/buisness

Any pointers on the best way to achieve this?
