Can you both local switch traffic and trunk back to controler on cisco WLC?
When a CISCO AP is in Flex connect mode, can you both localy switch some traffic and trunk other traffic back to the Controler using a single SSID.
So depending on the responce from teh radius which has a policy and a vlan tag I want to know if i can use a policy on the WLC to chose how to forward the traffic? I cant remember is this is possible or not.
Thank you
Aaron

No, the SSID is either in Local switching or Central switching mode. It can't be both at the same time.

Yes, I agree, you are absolutely right, the WLC can do that, but only in a specific way.
Saying that, I think the way I originally read it was that you wanted to choose whether the client traffic was switched via either the local AP or the WLC on the same VLAN on the same SSID and AP, using RADIUS.
