Hi,
Revo Uninstaller's Forced Uninstall could help you out here and would be preferable to just deleting a .exe file because there will also undoubtedly be registry entries that still need cleaning up and removal.
https://www.revouninstaller.com/
Been using the software for years and can highly recommend it.
Hope that's helpful.

Malwarebytes is not free. Probably that's why it won't delete all treats.
Try to use ADWCleaner instead.
Further, the Oxygen O2 Broadband router has a driver which is known for launching a false positive. This one you can safely ignore. As it is in fact a driver, you won't find anything in programs.

@Peter Van den Broeck
That is not correct.
Malwarebytes is perfectly free to scan and clean any PC with so if there is a failure to remove threats, it will have absolutely nothing to do with it not being registered or paid for. The Premium or paid version of Malwarebytes is only required for the real time protection modules to be used.
Scanning and removal of any threats found by Malwarebytes is 100% free.
