Outlook email font bigger when composing email
I have a laptop with 2 external monitors. They are 4K monitors, so I configured the monitors at 200% so the user can see everything. In outlook, when composing a new email, the font size is set to calibri 10, but it's way bigger than that. When the email is sent, it looks normal on the receiving end.
I went into the options, advanced and mail options and changed all the different font sizes, but it does make it smaller in the compose email, but it's way smaller as well on the receiving side, so that doesn't work.
Any suggestions how to fix this?

Those are the realistic ones. As long as you're setting a font size at your end when your monitor is set to 200%, you're going to have this problem. I suppose you could ask all your email recipients to put their monitors at 200% as well, then you'll all see the same thing.

John, got it, asking every person you send an email to set their monitors to 200% is not realistic. I will let the user know of his two options.
