Auto fill subject field in Outlook
Hi, looking to send out a marketing event attachment (flyer) to a group of external people with an accept button that has a return email address in the embedded hyperlink. Question is, is there a way to have a subject line prefilled (or autofill) about the marketing topic on the external senders mail client? I'm thinking just use a standard calendar rsvp in outlook 2016 (and also has accept / decline) perhaps could use something like mail chimp?b sorry sounds like a silly question and its late lol..

I like to create email templates (save the message as a *.oft file to a location where you can find it again.)
If you are inviting external people, I like the idea of having a link to each calendar invite and let the recipient click the date or time they prefer. This can send them a .ics copy of the item to put into their calendar/diary.
How many rsvps do you anticipate? There may be easier options. Tell me more...

We only have 30 or so invites to mailout so can be kept fairly simple.
Question - Is there a way to prefill the main body of the reply email?
I think we will just send an email with a clickable rsvp button in the flyer so recipients can confirm - will or will not attend. If there is a better way please let me know. This is why I'm thinking about the the tailored message in the reply as I suspect everyone will be bcc'ed. Could MS Forms be used? (maybe too much for what we need)
Thanks

Hi Karen - looking to use your method how would i create this for 20 or 30 people with a zoom link?
Sorry for the late response. Are you trying to give the invitees an option to different sessions?
If you put the link to RSVP in the email, typically only the organizer gets the response, assuming the invite is coming from a calendar entry

Is there a way of prefilling the main body of the return email text with a standard note (in addition to what the recipient may type)?
With marketing flyers do you know if there is another way to achieve a more professional way of sending rsvp invites other than using the outlook calendar
