How do I disable the caps lock key
I want to know how I can permanently disable the caps lock key on my keyboard
Pull the keycap off, mix a dab of epoxy and pour it into the keycap holder, and replace the keycap. Cyanoacrylate should also do the job but it has a tendency to outgas a white fog onto plastics. This is easier than opening the keyboard and trying to cut the trace, with the result always being "Oops, cut the wrong one."

Both experts I chose gave me good answers. I'm a little familiar with the Registry but also the advanced keyboard options suggestion is well suited for those not comfortable with programming fixes.
