How to allow Postfix/Sendmail/Exchange 2010 users to send email to specific users only?

We want to allow Postfix users to send emails to specific users only. For example, mailto:a@abc.com can send email to b@abc.com, but can not send email to mailto:c@abc.com
Any idea how could we do that?

Exchange 2010, Postfix/Sendmail
1000 users allocated in different email servers.

In Exchange 2010 it is easily possible by creating a transport rule.
Not sure about postfix
I agree - just block whatever you want with a transport rule.  It's pretty much trivial.

Unfortunately it's not so simple in postfix.  For the restriction to be reliable across all types of mail, a transport map is needed.  There's a good overview at the link below:
