Bare Bones video editor for MP4 files
I have a 1 hour MP4 video file where only 15 minutes is useful. I want to edit out the unneeded footage. Maybe add some titles and transitions but these last two features are NOT mandatory. I basically just want to take a 'razor blade' and chop away the crap from my MP4 files.

I have used some of these tools mentioned above including vlc for this.
