this file si not counting the ranges as needed in MID WEEK

Are you sure? I ask because it uses the same code as Full Week. If you still think it's wrong then please tell me a week that wrong and what it should be.

is not count all pairs as do FULL weeks pairs

it don't count 70

Isn't mid-week Monday to Wednesday? If so there's only one 70 range and we don't list them unless there are two or more.

When i talk about TOP PAirs  it applies

but we are counting all the  pairs  in Range

Is not the Same as TOP PAIRs as Range
