Your device is missing important security and quality fixes.

Starting to have issues with Windows Update, the machines are managed by Microsoft Endpoint manager and the machines I am having trouble with are Windows 10 Pro 20H2 and 21H1.
The error is: We couldn't connect to the update service. We'll try again later, or you can check now. If it still doesn't work, make sure you're connected to the Internet."
I have turned off the Firewall, Antivirus, Deleted SoftwareDistribution and Catroot2 and run SFC
PC connected to internet and other PCs are not having issues.

You can try booting to safe mode (nothing to do there), just restart and try again (this actually has resolved many Windows 10 issues in my experience for the listed builds).

Next if you know which updates are outstanding you can attempt to install one or two of them manually which may resolve the issue with updates,

I'm sure you have rebooted several times, but you can still check it ensure update services are running.

Rebooted to safe mode but nil effect.
Uninstalled all Anti-Virus and Management Software will no effect.
