Can I jump from vCenter Server 6.7U3L to 6.7U3n or do I need to apply 6.7U3m first?

We are currently on vCenter 6.7U3L.  I have both update 6.7.0.47000 (6.7U3m) and 6.7.0.48000 (6.7U3n) shown as updates available in my vCenter Appliance Management GUI.  Can I go right to installing 6.7U3n or do I need to update to 6.7U3m first?  I'm assuming 6.7U3n contains 6.7U3m, but I want to be sure.  Also, will I need to update my ESXi servers after updating the vCenter?
