we have an OnPremise Exchange 2013 Server and cannot download the OAB
we created a new User in Exchange 2013 and no one showed the User in the Global Address Book and it has been days, and I reboot the Server twice and every time I tried to Download the OAB from Outlook I get an error: (0x8004010F) The operation failed. An Object cannot be found. i have tried it on multiple users and get the same error on everyone I have tried, so it appears to be something related to the Exchange Server, so any Insight or direction is appreciated in solving this issue.
