Microsoft Teams Time Stamp differs from the computer time.

The time in a Teams chat is different from the time on the computer.

The time zone is correct.

Workaround: Choose a different time zone and then select the correct time zone again. However, this is temporary as the issue returns the following day or even hours later.

Thank you.

A Mac is used to access MS Office ( MS Teams) on a remote desktop session.

For your information, MS Teams displays on GMT only and the timezone and DST will sync with the setting of the Microsoft Account of the user who login to MS Teams in the remote computer of your remote desktop session. You need to login to the Microsoft Account of the user and change the timezone and DST and on next login to MS Teams, it will display the correct timezone and DST.

Thank you for the reply.
Where you refer to logging in to the Microsoft account of the user, I assume that means to log in to the remote desktop with the user's login credentials and change the timezone there?

I should have been more clear in my description. The remote desktop session is really a remote server that up to 10 assigned users can log into. Only 1 user working from home, using a Mac, has the issue. No one else that logs into this remote server (RDS) has had the issue experienced by this 1 other user who does.
