User credentials stuck into IE
I have a user who decided to save his creds in one of my links. I tried deleting the profile on the machine which the user uses - it a generic account that the users sign in with Single Sign On. I tried clearing the cache in IE too but it's still doing it. I tried deleting the shortcut but that didn't work either. Any ideas would be helpful. I've attached a screenshot.
