I had to get a new license for VMWARE for an expired trial version. VMware Essentials Plus doesn't support Distributed switches

I had to get a new license for VMWARE for an expired trial version. VMware Essentials Plus doesn't support Distributed switches so I have to change them to Standard switches for license to work. I do not have any extra nics on the esxi hosts. My vcenter does not work anymore because of expired license. I can access each of the esxi hosts however. There is two nic Uplink on distributed switches.
I have one vCenter and 3 hosts. Vcenter is version 6.7 and esxi hosts are 6.0. With minimal downtime what would be the best way to do this.

Basically rip and replace, and yes there will be downtime BUT if you do....

You could remove a single network interface from the vDS, and create a vSwitch around it, and migrate VMs to it.

VMware

VMware, a software company founded in 1998, was one of the first commercially successful companies to offer x86 virtualization. The storage company EMC purchased VMware in 1994. Dell Technologies acquired EMC in 2016. VMware’s parent company is now Dell Technologies. VMware has many software products that run on desktops, Microsoft Windows, Linux, and macOS, which allows the virtualizing of the x86 architecture. Its enterprise software hypervisor for servers, VMware vSphere Hypervisor (ESXi), is a bare-metal hypervisor that runs directly on the server hardware and does not require an additional underlying operating system.
