Trying to backup Old Apple Server OS X
The Apple Server has 16-TB of Data and there is no backup. I brought a Windows 10 Computer with 24-TB of diskspace to run Time Machine.
Created Share on Drive with All Rights including Everyone and added them to Security Tab.
Made Login the Same as Apple server
Installed SMB 1.0 On Win-10 Computer and rebooted machine
all 5 other Mac's can easily login to the Win-10 Computer and add files to the Share
What am I missing on this old MAC?

Impossible to answer unless you tell us what kind of error(s) you are getting.
How are you starting the Time Machine backup on the old Mac, describe (or screenshot) the error(s) you are getting. Do you see any changes in the filesystem you have created on the W10 machine when you attempt the backup? What further steps did you take on the W10 machine besides creating a share?

@Joseph Salazar - so you bought a NAS?
what's the exact model number of this Mac? how about its macOS?
do you mean the Time Machine drive is actually network share provided by the Windows computer?
