MS Silverlight troubleshooting

Hi techs,
I'm interviewing for a new job tomorrow 6/9 and they want someone who knows how to troubleshoot MS Silverlight.  I don't know much about this SW.  What's the basics about administering it and troubleshooting it please?  Thankyou!!

Do you mean Silverlight as a software package?
My usual troubleshooting is uninstall and reinstall...

Or do they mean coding with silverlight?

this is a help desk job so they don't mean coding for sure
I never broke my head about Silverlight. Even not really often used anymore in the meanwhile.
If I have seen any issues in the past, I removed it and reinstalled it.
I never had the need to look into any details.

Andrew, I've been doing this for 18 years and I've never heard anybody have any problems with silverlight either. I wonder if this is some kind of BS question maybe?  maybe the recruiter misunderstood because that's where I got it from....
I've heard of problems with it Mark, but the solution amounts to uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin. It's not a very widely used language either and never really took off. I've no idea what type of troubleshooting or administration it could require for end users which is why I suspect it's a loaded (or BS) question that may be designed to see if applicants will try to claim administration experience with it. I've no idea why else anyone would specify Silverlight. You'd be struggling to find a website still using it these days.

I misread that earlier and it possibly makes more sense than anything else that comes to mind. I'd definitely ask for clarification.
How did you go at the interview Mark? Were our assumptions correct about Microsoft Silverlight?
The question was "how does Silverlight work with Chrome" and I said it doesn't since it's an IE plugin.  And asked if they're still using it and they said in some places they still do.

So it was a trick question.
