Photoshop will not print

Just added more categories.

When I print to a network printer from CS6 I see this
Do you see see similar ?
Try changing the printer to MS Print to PDF.

If you click on the Print Settings to bring up the printer's dialogue, are you able to get anything?  

Did you install the printer or are you using a generic setup?  

If Photoshop parented before just fine, then perhaps most logical course of action would be to rsest Photoshop, I think you can do it by holding the Cntrl key while launching the app.

Experts! Please excuse my sporadic and late response. My attention to this matter has been sidelined due to health issues and hospital trips. I WILL get to this as my time permits. Thanks for your help!

aboo_s  I tried your suggestion and it did not have any effect. Thanks for the suggestion.

I DO see the normal screen after I tell Photoshop to print. It allows me to select the printer and appears to send the job to the printer. But nothing happens. I am using an outright purchase of  Photoshop CS5. I prefer to continue using it since it has all the personalized presets that I use constantly. Adobe does not support this version at all. They do not even have a paid service available for it. I will continue trying to implement your suggestions and I will post my findings. Thanks Experts for helping.

Scott_fell Yes, that does bring up  the normal options. However it still does not print. I then changed one parameter on the shown default and it made no difference.
I did a custom install of my printer with the aid of HP. I have an HP 9025. It works perfectly with all other apps. I use it for scanning also. I will continue troubleshooting.

Can you please try printing to a PDF file instead, what happens does it print blank as well?

I am getting closer to solving this I think. I did remove the printer and then reinstall it. No luck. However Photoshop does print fine to ANOTHER different HP printer on the same network. I must wait until I can talk to HP and see what they think. I thought for sure the printer re-install would fix everything.

Well, my problem is solved. I removed the printer and then tried to reinstall it. HP instructions did not result in an installed printer. After three phone calls attempting to obtain paid warranty instructions I finally reached a technician. After he reinstalled the printer everything seemed to work again. He suspected that a Windows update might have caused the trouble. Thanks Experts for your assistance. I appreciate it!
