WordPress, WPForms and PHP?
I am using the Pro version of WP Forms and see how I can create and customize forms, then drop them into pages and Preview them. But, I am not sure how to find where I can insert PHP?
I need PHP on the page, so I can interact with my own MySQL Contacts table, and for various other tasks.
But, I do not see where I can insert PHP.
Can someone please give me the hook? Do I need to track down the PHP source files in the various folders of source code? If so, how do I do that?

Also, you said to add the shortcode to the text box. Is this in the WordPress Form, I would associate an individual fields with the shortcode?
(Sorry, I am having a hard time with the context, at the moment, fitting together the various parts. Once I get past those details, the glue, coding the body of these functions should be easier for me.)
