Hi,<br><br>Have you tried running Quickbooks as an administrator? (Right-click its icon, select Run as administrator)<br><br>Is the Export to Excel option greyed out or not present at all? Are you able to export in CSV format?

I have a computer running QB 2020 premier that does not recognize Office 365.
