i found the answer <br><br>i am remember in many admin groups <br><br>i removed myself from all of them and kept the global admin <br><br>and that fix the issue&nbsp;

Dear office 365 (( exchange online )) experts
after we finished the hybird configuration and we made multi test and we migrated multi mailboxes to exchange online we are having an issue to start outlook from the web brwoeser
we are geeting error 500  
i will add photos at the end but i want you to know that our mail flow
all going via email securiy gateway csico iron port (( so please if you have any hint can help to fix such issues ))
