Hi Muahammad,
what is the actual replication traffic between the 2 sites?
Do you have a lot of logs in queue ?

You can have an idea with the command :
"get-mailboxdatabasecopystatus"

If you have numbers far for zero, it means that the link does not sustain the charge. It will be difficult to have clients on the same "line/Bandwith".
So, what is the free bandwith?

If a direct access is possible from Internet to the DR site, it could be possible to configure a different URL access for Exchange servers that are on the DR site. Users with actives mailboxes hosted on the DR site could be redirected to a different public IP/URL that would not use the VPN link.

Hi Deman,

queue length is zero and replication and outlook connectivity are same VPN.
I have tried outlook connectivity with DR public IP address it is working fine ( modified host file on client PC)
do we need to separate VPN for replication and client connectivity ?
is there recommend for exchange 2016 replication and outlook connectivity(site resilience)?
Bandwidth is 100 Mbpsdownload/ 55 Mbps uploads speed over VPN
