We have a Windows 10 Prof PC and will allow others remote desktop it.

The PC recently auto-update to 20H1 version, then it cannot add a new created domain user to be in remote desktop group. It is strange that it can add the domain user created some months ago.

When add the user, it shows:
"Windows cannot process the object with the name "Bonnie Law" because of the following error:

Name translation: Could not find the name or insufficient right to see name."

Any hints
