Enterprise Storage Solution for Growing Data on Premise

We have a storage growth rate of 1TB per week.  The data has mostly unstructured data like Media Files. WE DO NOT WANT A CLOUD SOLUTION at the moment (but can have as an option for future consideration) since our management feels data will be compromised.   We liked the idea of Azure File Sync where data was cached on-prem. However, we need a similar solution but data to remain on-prem only.    We are currently using HPE Nimble.  We are looking for a better solution where we want cached data/growth of data  to be controlled on Storage Arrays.

Wanted the Experts options if you know of any such Storage solution for enterprise.
