Look up in 4N for top low Key in range

4n wtlk wktpn   to add tlk Range
as we did here

but now for top and  low range

2 sheet one for top key range  and other for low KEY range

1-for TOP  KEY Range

1-look up so i can select the  low key number then it create  
in TPKEYRANGE  sheet  for TOP KEY

2- same too but for LWKEYRANGE sheet for low key RANGE
