<ul><li>Are other Office documents fine in that shared drive besides Word?&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;Is there another printer to test and compare with?</li><li>Try a repair on Office and check if Office is updated or matching other users.</li><li>Try removing and re-installing the existing printer.</li><li>If this is a Windows OS:</li><li>Perhaps try installing Process Monitor and watch whats occuring as it fails.</li><li>Are there errors under Event Viewer sections?</li><li>Maybe test under a fresh or new user profile as a last resort.</li></ul><br>
