For completeness... if you require... multiple themes running (not recommended due to site complexity issues), there are plugins you can run where you set a default site theme, then assign other themes to run on other pages.
So you can do this... and likely complexity will make debugging a nightmare...
Many people use this type of plugin to test different themes.
My suggestion, for theme testing, is setup a dev site cloned from the production site, for theme change testing.
