Identify Google Forms recipients who fail to respond

We're using Google Workspace in my organization.  I'd like to prepare a survey using Forms and send it to about a hundred recipients in the company (I'm moderately familiar with the Forms tool).

I'd like to be able to easily identify those who don't respond to the survey after a week and send them a reminder (the reminder email wouldn't have to be automatic).  It would be nice if the "responses" sheet could include the usernames for each of the recipients before they fill out the survey - but I don't think I could get it to work that way.

I'll definitely collect their username as part of the response (requiring them to sign into their Google account).

Any thoughts on how I can accomplish this without having to manually compare a list of the recipients against the usernames on the "responses" sheet?
