Do you mean SCCM patches or windows updates in general?<br>SCCM works together with WSUS. SCCM is more the push part, where you can put everything into packages and push it to the clients while WSUS is more the pull part, where the clients pickup all (manually or automatically) approved updates.<br>But I never would do the automatic approval as it is also the sense of WSUS that everything need at least an approval. <br>This avoids to distribute some update too fast. Waiting 2-3 days can have sometimes the advantage, that you do not distrubute faulty updates, because MS recalls or replaces them after a shot time.&nbsp;
